Kathleen taught a fourth Deaf Awareness and British Sign Language session for people working in Guildford town centre, This was arranged through ‘Experience Guildford’ which aims to make visitors’ visits to Guildford restaurants, shops, theatres and other venues as enjoyable as possible.

The January sessions have been attended by staff from The Friary Centre, Town Rangers, Lush, Guildford Library, the Tunsgate security team, and music and arts venue The Boiler Room. It’s been wonderful to see so many people enthusiastic to learn BSL and welcome Deaf visitors.
