I am hearing and qualified to Level 3 in British Sign Language.

I have worked for Dot, as PA and educational adviser to Kathleen, since its inception in 2011. Prior to that I worked as a volunteer and support worker for teaching staff at the Dorothy Miles Cultural centre.

I have spent over 30 years working in education both as a teacher and as a senior manager at AQA, the national awarding body. At AQA my remit included adapting assessments to suit the needs of candidates with disabilities. 

I have a special interest in curriculum development, assessment and linguistics. I can help with queries relating to curriculum, assessments, results and appeals relating to results.
