Due to the popularity of our 10 week introductory course we will be running new courses in both Guildford and Woking, starting February 2020.

This course is for complete beginners. You will learn how to meet and greet someone in British Sign Language, how to ask questions, give directions, discuss the weather, transport and many other phrases you can use in everyday conversation. The final session is a conversation assessment.

Upon successful completion of the course, students will achieve a recognised qualification: Signature BSL101. If enough students decide to continue to learn BSL, we will offer the remaining 2 units of the Level 1 course.

Perfect if you want a taster of BSL without committing to a long course, for social reasons, to challenge yourself to learn a new skill, for Duke of Edinburgh, for a Christmas present for the person who is hard to buy for!

Course Dates:

Guildford: Monday evenings, 6.30-8.30pm. February 3rd – April 2020.

Woking: Saturday afternoons, 1.30-3.30pm. February 29th – May 2020

Cost: £150 including £22 assessment fee. (You can spread the cost over two instalments.)
