International Day of Sign Languages

To mark September 23rd – International Day of Sign Languages, Kathleen taught Deaf Awareness and BSL sessions at Frimley Park Hospital in the morning, and Merkel Periscopix – Digital Marketing experts, in the afternoon.

International Day of Sign Languages was proposed by the United Nations. Its objective is to raise awareness on sign languages and strengthen the status about sign languages. IDSL takes place on the last full week of September as part of the International Week of the Deaf.

Dot Sign language is set for a busy week with Deaf Awareness training at The Duke of York’s Theatre London today, BID Experience Guildford on Wednesday; as well as all our new Autumn BSL courses Level 1 – Level 6!
