Experience Guildford is a group of 240 city centre retailers who are committed to improving customer service and making Guildford an attractive place to shop, eat and have a great day out.

We were delighted when they asked us to teach a half day Deaf Awareness and British Sign Language workshop at their Tunsgate headquarters.

These retailers recognise the importance of being accessible and welcoming to their many Deaf customers. The session has proved so popular that we already have 2 more booked.
