Do you watch the BBC’s EastEnders?

I don’t get to see it that much as I’m often teaching but I understand that the soap is introducing a new Deaf character, Frankie.

Frankie will communicate using British Sign Language (BSL).

I’m hoping that Frankie’s arrival will encourage more people to learn BSL.
