International Development Secretary Penny Mordaunt used British Sign Language (BSL) in Parliament recently. It was the first time a Government Minister had signed on the front bench – a truly historic moment.
I was very proud to teach Penny sign language as well as MPs and staff from The Department for International Development (DFID). Penny and the others were a delight to teach.
If you would like to learn BSL or you think we can help with deaf awareness training for your organisation then please get in touch.
We offer a variety of courses from Taster sessions and Improvers’ Workshops (enabling you to ‘soak-up’ BSL with no exam) to the full range of certified qualifications.
We’re now taking bookings for September (which are filling up quickly).
