Great to be invited to Specsavers in Basingstoke to run a staff training session to boost Deaf Awareness. The whole team was keen to make the store accessible and welcoming to all deaf customers, particularly in order to be able to discuss their Hear Care audiology services.

Lisa lead the session in British Sign Language, assisted by Jan. Everyone very much enjoyed learning BSL basics – how to meet and greet, and some specialist vocabulary to help in the workplace.
