This fun and relaxed taster session is the perfect first step for anyone curious about BSL – whether you work in a customer-facing role, support the Deaf Community, or just want to try something new.
No pressure, no experience needed – just come alone and enjoy learning something different.
Start Learning BSL
During your session, you will learn everyday BSL signs you can use straight away, including:
- Meeting and greeting
- Fingerspelling
- Directions and travel
- Numbers, days and months
You will get to practise a small group and ask questions – all in a relaxed and welcome space.
