Busiest BSL Assessment Week at Dot!

Last week was one of the busiest weeks of assessments the team at Dot Sign Language has ever known! A total of 38 students took 102 or 103 assessments in 10 different sessions.

Not only was it one of the busiest weeks but it was the first time that we have carried out assessments online. Thanks to the organisational and technical skills of our brilliant teachers the assessments went extremely smoothly and all film clips were promptly uploaded on to Signature’s new system. Signature have shown great flexibility over the past weeks and we are thankful that they are allowing many assessments to be taken online.

Well done to all our students who have been continuing their courses with us using Zoom. You have worked so hard practising and preparing for your assessments and we wish you all the very best of luck.

Exam season continues with 12 more students taking assessments tomorrow!

If you are thinking about starting a British Sign Language course contact us.

We hope to be back in physical classrooms in Guildford and Woking by Autumn 2020. We are working closely with our venues who are following Government guidelines to provide a safe environment for all their user groups. If we are unable to meet in person, we will continue to teach online using Zoom.
