COVID-19 Guidance for Dot Sign Language Classes

We are currently running face-to-face lessons, using appropriate social distancing measures, with our new courses.

We’re following Government guidelines and advice as they become available. Due to lockdown 2.0 government guidance, some of our classes are now online using Zoom video conferencing.

Please note we may need to make changes to timetables. Unfortunately, we will be unable to issue refunds to students who decide not to continue with online learning.

We are continuing to adhere to Covid prevention measures laid out by the government. Please read our Review_Covid -19_Student Information Dec 2020 and Risk Assessment for further guidance.  We are keeping a close eye on government updates and will follow the guidelines as they are published.

December 2020: Face to face classes in both Woking and Guildford Venues are permitted following amended COVID guidelines effective from 2nd December. We will continue to follow government guidelines/updates and will adhere to all safety protocols.  Both our venues in Guildford and Woking are under Tier 2 (high alert) restrictions. Travelling within tier 2 for educational reasons are permitted. It is not recommended to travel from Tier 3 – if you come from a Tier 3 area please contact us.

Please be aware that in the event of an infection being identified within our classes, teaching environment or staff classes will close for 14 days and all teaching will be conducted over Zoom. We will communicate any changes directly with our classes via email.
